Nocellara del Belice Extra Virgin Olive Oil – Sikelia 1958
Format: 250ml
Produced from 100% Nocellara del Belice olives grown on our land in Partanna (TP), Sicily, this extra virgin olive oil represents the essence of our family tradition. The olives are hand-picked and pressed within 8 hours to preserve their organoleptic properties.
The result is a medium-fruity oil, with elegant hints of green tomato, artichoke, and almond, and a slightly spicy aftertaste. Perfect drizzled on bruschetta, salads, legumes, fish, and white meats.
With an acidity of less than 0.3%, it is cold-extracted and packaged in dark glass to protect the product from light.
